**Background** Koda Digital is a digital marketing agency that grows healthcare practices (think orthopedics, urgent cares, etc) with innovative strategies across all digital marketing channels. We are looking for an experienced **freelance US-based** SEO Manager to join our team! You'll join our entirely remote team to make results happen. Although we're looking for specific help with SEO, we operate as a team. You will have a voice in the team and your input will be valued on ads, social media, strategy etc. We share in our success.. and failure. **Expectations** We expect the initial monthly workload for you to be 30 - 70 hours a month. There will be additional hours available if we take on new clients for research, initial auditing, etc. We expect you to handle the following responsibilities, but there may me more/less depending on our specific digital strategy. **Initial client on-boarding:** - Keyword selection - On-page technical SEO implementation - Optimization of current content - Content gap analysis/creation - Goal setting - Appropriate tracking implemented **Ongoing SEO management:** - Managing and leading content team - Content, off-site, and on-site strategy adjustments according to tracking - New campaign keyword selections as needed - Continued site audits and on-page technical SEO changes - Adjustments to goals - Outreach target selection as needed - Additional creative strategy as needed In addition to management of client SEO, we want you to lead our SEO efforts on a national scale. We expect similar responsibilities to the above, but with a bit more robustness. **Compensation** We're expecting a NET 30 invoices with hourly rates of $30 - $50/hr, depending on experience and fit.
